WP1Management

WP1 is responsible for coordinating and managing the project both internally and with external partners such as the European Commission and the Advisory Board. It operates through the Project Management Board. 

 

  • Effective and timely day-to-day project management
  • Operating the Project Management Board which is responsible for monitoring progress, ensuring deliverables are on time, and for communication between project partners and with external partners 
  • Monitoring and maintaining the Project Consortium Agreement
  • Management and mitigation of project risks
  • Implementation of quality control measures 
  • Assisting WP7 (Public Communication and Project Impact Management)
