Funding

The Pilot STRATEGY CCUS project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No
101022664.

Horizon 2020 is the European Union’s (EU) biggest research and innovation programme to date, with funding for projects running from 2014 to 2020. It is the financial instrument of the Innovation Union, a Europe 2020 flagship initiative aimed at securing Europe's global competitiveness.

The programme puts research, as an investment in our future, at the heart of the EU’s blueprint for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth and jobs. Horizon 2020 is helping to achieve this with its emphasis on excellent science, industrial leadership and tackling societal challenges.

Its goals include ensuring Europe produces world-class science, removing barriers to innovation and making it easier for the public and private sectors to work together in delivering innovation.
