PilotSTRATEGY French partners took part in the IEAGHG Risk Management and Monitoring Networks Combined Meeting 2025, which explored the latest challenges and opportunities in some of the following areas: how we safeguard potential CO2 storage sites for future use; managing and evaluating pressure plume risk; thresholds of leak detection in legacy wells; well design and operation; faults – how risky are they?; understanding what might reduce risk through time in a project; novel monitoring solutions; and a session on insurance for CO2 storage projects.
